Un second chapitre traite spécifiquement du savoir des Iraya de Calomintao sur les chauves-souris à l'époque de la Covid-19. Des ajouts ont été faits suite au tournage de plusieurs séquences vidéos avec les participants. Le troisième chapitre traite des chats (sauvages), rarement visibles mais présents dans les pratiques médicinales. Le quatrième chapitre porte sur les esprits-maîtres, cette notion étant au cœur de la cosmologie des Iraya de Calomintao. Le cinquième chapitre est consacré aux rats avec lesquels les Iraya et les chauves-souris interagissent, tandis que le dernier traite des principaux oiseaux. Ces textes comportent de nombreuses informations relatifs aux savoirs interspécifiques des Iraya.
