He is also the Coordinator of the InBev-Baillet Latour Chair "European Union-China", the founder of Genesys Network, Senior Research Fellow at the Centre d'études des crises et conflits internationaux (CECRI/UCL), Research Fellow at the Egmont Institute and Associate Fellow at the Conseil québécois d'études géopolitiques. Did the UN as an institution (or system of institutions) fully gauge the width and depth of these evolutions and their consequences? How did it adapt accordingly in terms of reforming its management, its structures, its institutions, policies and practice? What can we observe in terms of both actual change and persistent inertia regarding key issues such as the reform of the Security Council? What role is the UN playing in the crucial field of peacekeeping and international security or in a volatile region such as the Middle East? And what can we infer from past and present research and experience regarding the future of the UN and its adaptation to contemporary evolutions and challenges in these many fields? The collection addresses issues of geopolitics, diplomacy, foreign policy, geoeconomy, international organizations, security, conflict resolution or transformation. Traditional perspectives stand alongside reflexive processes and critical approaches of international relations in multidisciplinary analyses. Each proposal shall be submitted anonymously to the appreciation of at least two experts of the scientific committee and, if necessary, to an expert outside the committee. Authors will have to directly address their manuscripts to the leaders of the editorial board, enclosed with a summary (maximum 100 words) and a short biographic notice (maximum 50 words). More detailed instructions are offered on the collection's website in order to allow authors to adjust themselves to the collection’s conventions. The collection Scène internationale being distributed in full-text on the PUL website, each author therefore accepts that its work will be published in two formats: paper and electronic.
