<Text textformat="02" language="spa">&#60;p&#62;L'objectif principal du travail de thèse est de disposer d'une vision historique des nouvelles agro-industries dans la mondialisation, de la dynamique internationale de restructuration agricole, et de la prédominance du modèle agro-exportateur. A partir du commerce et de l'agro-industrie des asperges, la thèse rend compte des caractéristiques d'un pôle d'accumulation performant dans un pays périphérique et des conséquences pour les petits agriculteurs. En effet, l'asperge constitue un des produits d'exportation les plus important et la pièce fondamentale d'un nouveau modèle agro-exportateur qui tend à émerger sur la côte péruvienne.&#60;/p&#62;&#60;p&#62;L'agriculture de contrat est présentée dans le discours optimiste des organismes internationaux comme une façon pour les petits agriculteurs, en s'alliant avec complexes industriels, d'obtenir crédit, assistance technique et information  ainsi qu'un marché sûr pour les produits et une garantie de prix stables. Le travail sur le terrain confirme que cela ne s'observe pas de manière généralisée dans le système actuel de production des asperges au Pérou.&#60;/p&#62;&#60;p&#62;Aussi les trois cas étudiés dans cette thèse démontrent que les ONG jouent un rôle de médiation qui permet à quelques petits producteurs de s'intégrer à l'agriculture sous contrat, mais a un coût économique que les agriculteurs doivent payer et au prix  de nouvelles relations de dépendance.&#60;/p&#62;</Text>
