Costantino Paonessa

Costantino Paonessa is an Islamic Studies Scholar and a teacher of Italian as a foreign language (LS). He is currently a FNRS post-doctoral researcher at UCLouvain University. He is a member of LaRHis (Laboratoire de recherches historiques) and CISMOC (Centre interdisciplinaire d'études de l’Islam dans le monde contemporaine). He is also a professor of Cultures and Institutions – Arabic language at the University of Chieti – Pescara (Italy).
